FB 4.6 won't import projects

I'm using Flash Builder 4.6 and I can import 1 project but if I try to import another one and select the .zip from the file system and hit open, the dialog box goes away but nothing is selected. I have to quit and reopen FB to import another project. I'm using Mac OSX 10.9.2 and I just recently reformatted and installed CS6 and all the other programs I use are working fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling FB but it's still having problems importing more than 1 project. Also I'm on a mid 2011 MacBook Air.
