I have CS6 Master Collection featuring Flash Builder 4.6 Premium. I was told I'm eligible for a free upgrade to flash builder 4.7. Is this true? If so how do I set it up?

So I tried installing Flash Builder 4.7 CC, but it would not accept my CS6 MC License key. I will try to contact Adobe.
