I have the Flash builder 4.7 but when I click on download software or update software it goes into error mode. checking the available download sites URLs all are incorrect or unknown...

this is what I have in the directory which are all incorrect. I tried the sites to find the correct url but there are not. or maybe they dont like to publicize them>?
Could anyone please help me correct this issue? I would really appreciate that.
