Continue to get error

I continue to get the following error when using adobe sparks program. 

We ran into a WebGL error.  I have checked out my computer and all is good along with the most current browsers.  I am afraid to purchase this product if this is what I am going to run into.  I followed the steps to rectify this error and nothing.  Help please.
