export -> release build is not working

Hi !!

I am creating an AIR app using flash builder.

I tried to export release build but always occur this error.

Also changed java.net.useSystemProxies=false to java.net.useSystemProxies=true in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4.7 (64 Bit)\jre\lib\net.properties File

but still occur this error

When I input a digital signature, do I need to use an authenticated certificate?

(ex. codesign certificate..)
