Error - iOS release build - compile-abc-64.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows

Hello,

I am using AIR 25 SDK and have problem when producing release build for iOS platform? For Andriod build it work just fine

here is the error message

This version of .....\compile-abc-64.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher.
