How to change image with FlashBuilder 4.6

Hi Everybody.

This site use html5 and javascript to rotate the model. The model, in true, is only images that are displaied based an factor to desacelarate until to 0, stop.

Is possible to make this in FlashBuilder without using html5?

Only modern browser run the html5. I7 for exemplo, no. But I image that in Flash is possible.
