Can't see german special characters when requesting a web page

Hi,

I use httpService to get a web page in german language. The return format is "text" and when I trace the result all german special characters (like "ö") are not visible, instead there are some other strange smybols like "ö". Is there any way to change this language option so I could see german letters in Flash Builder?
