Any Help for Flash Builder 4.6 Please?

Hi Guys.

  I have been through a battlefield with this Flash Builder 4.6. First it would not open, now can not update or import themes: Adobe - Error page  Can anyone please help?

Once you click the Get More Themes. You get the 404 page. Same with the updates. that one goes with this pop up

and if you look at the URL that is also another 404 page.

Please help if possible.
