Reg. an issue in Flash Builder

Dear All,

Following are the issues  we are facing with the Flash builder 4.7 :

1. 4.7 forces us to use AIR SDK instead of Flex SDK ( we had an option in flash builder 4.6 to select our SDK ).
2. The file names are referenced with physical path instead of relative path ( flex accepts relative path by assigning the root folder).
3. This requires changes in every place where we referenced the file name ( impossible for changing all the places ).

please update me if anything we need to do to fix the above problems,
